How about complaints that are not eligible for a disciplinary procedure?

If your complaint is about facts that occurred before 25 May 2014, you can:
- come to a mutual agreement via mediation
- file a complaint with the public prosecutor
- contact the professional association Belgian Federation of Psychologists (BFP), if the psychologist is a member.
If your complaint is not about a recognised psychologist, you can:
- come to a mutual agreement via mediation
- inform us of possible abuse of the title
Your complaint is about the behaviour of a psychologist in a non-public context.
- If your complaint is about the behaviour of the psychologist outside his/her professional context, you can only turn to the public prosecutor.
You would like compensation, a reimbursement or rectification of a psychological report?
- These measures can possibly be achieved via mediation, provided that the psychologist agrees with this.
